Our Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: If your event with Sips 'N Tips Bartending & Event Staffing Services LLC is cancelled or postponed, please note that all deposits and payments made are non-refundable, but they are transferable. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, we will apply any payments or deposits made as store credit, which will remain valid for one (1) calendar year. This credit can be used toward a rescheduled event or a future booking.
Important Note: If the cancellation occurs within ten (10) days of the scheduled event date, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
